Working as a Service Owner at Sectra

As a Service Owner, you will have the global responsibility to develop and maintain our services within Customer Support. You will do this by having a good knowledge of the service’s usage and processes in operations, like workflows and functionality of the service, and be responsible for the backlog.

You will have a strong collaboration with our global organization as well as the technical resources involved in managing the services. To maintain this, you shall be prepared to lead internal projects and initiatives, small as large, to harmonize and structure our way of working on a global scale. You will make sure we transfer knowledge, experience and lessons learned in our organizations, all to make sure our customers get the best service possible.

It will be a fun and challenging journey with plenty of room to develop and grow into future positions, in Sweden or abroad.

Skills & Requirements

You have successful experience from previous similar roles with a strong foundation within IT or software engineering. As a person you are good at building relations, contributing in dialogues, and caring for a feedback-based and open workplace climate. You enjoy motivating and building high-performing teams through a strong focus on the delivery and outcome. At the same time, you are brave and dare to try new things and can take tough discussions when needed.

In addition to these abilities, we also want you to:
Master’s degree within computer science, media technology, IT or similar
Strong organizational, social and communication skills
Experience in technical management within agile software engineering.
Fluency in English

We consider it a great asset if you:
Speak more languages than those required above
Have experience of the ITIL Framework
Have experience of other cultures
Previous experience in the healthcare sector
Have interests besides school/work, such as sports, sports leader, music, horseback riding, singing or flying (if you happen to have pilot’s license, you can fly to our customers in our own Sectra airplane) or anything else that makes you stand out from the crowd
